Which command used to convert a FAT32 file system to NTFS?

Can you suggest me the command to convert a FAT32 File system into NTFS? i didnt know whether loss of data will be there in converting FAT32 file System into NTFS.Vice versa conversion is possible or not? Re-formatting is needed or not if NTFS to FAT32 Conversion?

If you are a linux user , you can simply do it with Gparted.

Both conversions are possible .

you may lose your data (i lost) during these conversions.

You can retrieve the lost data using  7datarecovery software (i recovered the entire hardrive) . this software can be easily cracked .
