WhatsApp donating 50 paise per message forward to a cancer patient is true?

I have received a photo of a girl named Kavya with a sad voice message saying that to share this girl's photo and voice clip to every group and friends so that WhatsApp will donate 50 paise for each message to this girl's operation. I don't think this is a true message. But, sometimes I think they might have developed a technology to count the number of forwards and donate money to the cancer patient.

Enlighten me or any other users who want to know about this, please.

It's absolutely FAKE NEWS. There are hundreds of thousand such fake news are being spread on WhatsApp and Facebook every day. If Facebook and WhatsApp decided to donate money for every shares and likes, then the company would go bankrupt in no time. It's just a common sense and don't believe in such fake news and educate people to stop believing in such messages.
