There are many videos uploaded to YouTube and Facebook which shows people making balls of their cooked or boiled rice and later throwing it on the surface of table or floor to prove that it's plastic rice from China. Is this a true news or just hoax videos?

If it's a fake news about plastic rice, how could those balls made of cooked rice by pressing in hands can jump without breaking or shattering?

I have read a Whatsapp message with this video saying that because of the synthetic material such as plastic present in the artificial rice, these grains in the rice balls are sticking together due to the heating of the grains while cooking.
